After working in the family concrete business as a teenager, Ray earned a degree in Business Administration at Lawrence Technological University. Upon graduation, he began a career in the industrial painting industry working for a national contractor. This job provided a wealth of experience and customer service skills, as well as the opportunity to travel throughout the United States.
